I’ve sifted through the latex/foam suppliers listed here, and while KTT has damn reasonable prices on Talalay (which I’m planning on using for the top layer of my mattress), I haven’t been able to find anything for cheaper blended or all-synthetic Dunlop latex in custom sizes (natural Dunlop seems to be more expensive than Talalay) for a support layer. I have seen full-sized toppers at $230 and $160 for 3" of blended and synthetic respectively, but I need specific cuts. Are there any suppliers that offer this, or is it simply cost-prohibitive to produce Dunlop latex in non-standard sizes?

A manufacturer that has their own factory and equipment (which includes several on the list) will often cut latex to any size you wished and would probably be able to cut a larger layer down to the size you wanted. I don’t know off the top of my head which ones offer this but most manufacturers will be able to cut to custom sizes and a few calls will quickly let you know which ones will do this for you even if they don’t mention it specifically on their website.
