I finally received the second mattress today. It took the FoamOrder 3 weeks to deliver it.
We received a dingy possibly used damaged ILD 28 latex foam. I made a video unpacking it and I took pictures upon the discovering of damaged and not new latex mattress.
Here are the link to the images:

I emailed Vanessa (she takes care of customer orders and/or questions) just few minutes after I opened the vacuumed mattress. I asked for a prompt replacement with new ILD 28 Dunlop latex foam.
I received a response little while ago:
"I have review the photo’s and the natural imperfections you are referring to are common in 100% natural latex products. These pieces are not used but 100% new. The imperfections you are referring to are naturally occurring. Because the product is 100% natural mother nature cannot produce perfection every single time. So some pieces may have them and others will not. We cannot pick and choose without tripling the cost of the mattress. We advertise on our website that these imperfections exist…
But please don’t take my word for it. Call other Dunlop latex mattress manufactures and they will confirm what you are questioning.
“Dunlop latex have naturally occurring flaws which include small tears, air pockets, patches, and changing surface textures.”
If you have any further questions or concerns, please let me know.
Regards,
Mike
Well, they are dingy and damaged, these are not defects from manufacturing. The other 3 mattresses are OK - with some defects, but not dingy and not damaged, which is a sign of an use. I am uploading more detailed pictures and will post links if needed.
Please let me know what do you guys think
Thank you
