Diy latex bed help

I am searching for a latex mattress. I am 5’5 115lbs female and a side sleeper. I visited a SavvyRest retailer and tried out three configurations they had on the floor:

#1: All dunlop, 3 3" layers, S-M-F
#2: All dunlop, 3 3" layers, S-M-M
#3: All talalay, 3 3" layers, S-S-M

I found #1 and #2 to be too firm. I liked #3 but it was a little bit too squishy. I would like something close to it but a bit firmer.

Could anyone give some guidance on what I should buy? On LatexMattressFactory, some configurations I were thinking about include:
All talalay, 3" 19ILD top, 6" 28ILD bottom
All talalay, 6"/5" 19ILD top, 3" 28ILD bottom
3" 19ILD talalay top, 3" 19ILD dunlop mid, 3" 28ILD talalay bottom

Thanks for any help

I would try all talaly with (3) 3" layers (9" total) with a 19/28/32 ILD configuration to start then adjust the bottom 2 layers if it’s too soft/hard or it causes alignment issues. If you sleep hot or prefer to sleep a bit more on top than in the mattress then go with a 2" top layer instead of 3" like you tried earlier. Also if you aren’t very curvy or bony and prefer a firmer mattress feel you can try dunlop instead of talalay for the bottom 2 layers but I would always keep the top comfort layer as talalay.
