Don’t have to flip or rotate Purple mattresses? Others?

I know flipping mattresses adds to their longevity. I’ve been sleeping on inner spring mattresses for decades. And I can certainly feel what happens when you don’t.

But I’m sick and tired of having yet another chore I have to do occasionally that sometimes doesn’t get done for too long.

But I was reading about Purple mattresses. They’re claiming to get the same longevity out of their mattress even though you don’t have to flip them. And not only do you not have to flip them, you don’t have to rotate them either.

They say they’re made so you can. But there’s really no reason to.

Has anyone tried this? Are you really getting similar longevity?

Are there other mattresses like this?

Hi levander,
Some mattresses are configured so that you do not have to (and shouldn’t) flip them. For instance, a hybrid mattress with coils on the bottom and latex on top would not sleep comfortably if flipped.
Rotating, as you know, does help with longevity and evening out the wear. Perhaps look into a mattress that has sturdy handles so that the chore is easier.
Good luck!
