A mattress is only as good as the quality of its construction and the materials inside it and when I talked with Comfortpedic they weren’t particularly open about the specifics of the materials inside their mattress. Without knowing this there is really no way to make meaningful quality or value comparisons between mattresses. They are somewhat unusual in this way for a smaller manufacturer who in general are more transparent about the materials they use.

If I went there I would make sure that you are able to find out exactly what is in their mattresses and I’ve included them in various lists in the forum in the hopes that they will be a little more transparent about their mattresses for their customers that actually go there than they were with me on the phone so that you can make a more informed buying decision.
