Anyone have any recent experience with these two manufacturers? They are the ones listed in San Diego County and I"m planning on visiting them tomorrow. Hoping for any insight from visitors to both.

I am sorry I don’t have anything more recent for you. Were you able to visit both showrooms? If so, how did it go? Did any questions arise in your testing that you need clarified?

For anyone else looking at these two, SD Mattress Makers has all latex and hybrids with a zippered cover. They also have memory foam, HD foam, and innerspring options.
Escondido, if I remember correctly, has 6" of latex over a box spring, with additional, softer latex layers that can be added on top. I’m sure they would sell you all latex as well.
Staff at both places were very helpful.
I’m interested in visiting Escondido store, but their website is closed and Yelp states that they are closed. How might one locate them?

Unfortunately, Escondido did indeed close their doors earlier this year. Sorry there isn’t better news on that front.
