We’ve had the European Sleep Works Heritage mattress for about a year and have found the firmness is not what we had hoped and feel it is increasingly soft. Have any of you Heritage owners experienced this and if so, any thoughts on how to shore it up to provide a firmer sleep experience? Thanks!

Howdy. Some early, light softening is normal, but it shouldn’t be excessive. We should probably check it out and see if anything is out of whack, or incorrect with the foundation (assuming that is ours too?). Occasionally things are wonky, or sometimes something else is weird. There should be no wear in the innerspring unit, and the tufted cartridge has 3” of talalay and an inch of firm Dunlop, along with a quilted wool layer and 4 2500 coil micros. This is all under compression with the tufting, so there isn’t usually a massive loss of height. Anyway, you are covered, just reach out if you have not already. ![]()
