After months of going back and forth, studying this website and asking endless questions, finally made my purchase last night!
Drum roll, please…got a Carmel latex hybrid from @SDMattressMakers, with two 3” latex layers (soft, firm) over their coil system. Appreciate the zippered cover, so that I can swap out layers if needed now or in the future, and of course the help from Daniel, one of their salesmen. Not easy making such a big purchase sight unseen (and unfelt!) over the Internet, but beyond excited to hopefully finally be able to get a decent night’s sleep. Ironically, or maybe subconsciously, my current mattress felt much more saggy and uncomfortable last night!
Will post my thoughts on the mattress when it arrives. Thanks again for all the invaluable help this website provides to mattress shoppers!
