Has anyone successfully received a layer from this company under warranty?
We are having issues with them and was curious if they did and how easy or hard of a process it was.

I’m commenting primarily to boost your post in the event someone can chime in with their experience. I also looked through our forum posts trying to identify if anyone had shared a warranty exchange but wasn’t able to find anything that would be relevant to your particular case.
What issue are you having in trying to exchange a layer under warranty?
