Hello I recently purchased a full-sized V-zone from Flobeds. I like the mattress, it’s giving my adequate zoning, however I wanted to update my bed frame. I got one from Luma sleep awhile ago and it is not level, and has no room for storage. I am looking for a bed frame made for latex mattresses that is level, has around 12 inches of space for storage, and hopefully doesn’t creek if anyone has any suggestions that would be wonderful. I plan on building a headboard out of aspen, I just would like a platform frame that does the job, and leaves some room underneath. Thanks.
Hey Jacksonhp9,
Welcome to [ulr=https://mattressunderground.com]the Mattress Underground[/url] ! Thanks for your question.
Congrats on your new mattress purchase ! Appreciate your support of expert trusted member Flobeds and happy to hear that you are enjoying your V-zoned latex mattress.
My first thought here would be to contact Flobeds first and see what their recommendations would be. They do offer two slatted foundations, as well as furniture legs in 3", 5", 7" and 10" heights; if you choose to go with one of theirs, perhaps they may have a source for special ordering 12" legs. Amazon offers many varieties of 12" furniture legs, as well as good platform frame choices. This 14" Zina platform frame/ Deluxe Smartbase may be one you could ask Flobeds about; it seems quite sturdy and features optional headboard/ footboard brackets as an add-on purchase.
Good luck on your platform frame quest, Jacksonhp9 and looking forward to hearing which way you decide.
Thanks,
Sensei
