All the sizes of the synergy mattresses are on woot today. The price is good, maybe too good. The specs are decent, except the top layer memory foam is only 1.5 inches. Overall it’s 10 inches. 1.5 4 lb. memory foam. 1.5 3 lb. second layer foam. 7 inches 2.3 lb. HD core foam. A king is $449 plus $5 shipping. That’s really cheap. No tax, unless you live in Texas, which I do.

Form a materials point of view it appears to be a good value (assuming that they are new)
I think that the down side is that there would be no recourse if it turns out that the mattress isn’t a good match in terms of PPP (Posture and alignment, Pressure relief, and personal preferences) since there are no returns and regardless of the quality of the materials or the price you paid … there would be little value to a mattress if you can’t sleep well on it.
According to the Woot forum the base layer is 2 lb density. The 2.3 lb density you listed and the 2 lb they listed in the Woots forum are both a suitable density but I was curious where your number came from.
