Has anyone tried Sweet ZZZ Honey Hybrid? Is it good for back sleeping and temperature regulation?

I’m on the Honey Hybrid medium-soft as a 120lb combination sleeper. For me it has not been good for back sleeping, but pretty good for side sleeping. I will be returning it though. Be warned you have to pay to return, and also pay $300 to exchange. And once you exchange, you cannot return. That’s why I’m just returning it instead of trying to medium-firm - I don’t want to risk still not liking it. I think it’s a decent mattress though, but I’m extremely sensitive and just seem to toss and turn and not be able to fully settle on it for some reason. Maybe it is too soft and bouncy for me. It’s too bad though because I do kind of like it, it’s nice for my shoulder and sleeps very cool.
