I have finally narrowed down the specs of a mattress we liked and wanted to get a bit of help sourcing some of the materials.
I found the specs for the mattress with the help of the info in the duplicate a mattress thread.
Mattress Base:
6" sleeptex firm (38-4e ILD) zoned (might not make a difference) dunlop latex, wrapped in organic cheese cloth (again not sure if it makes any difference) with a 4" layer of soft dunlop latex (20-22 ILD) (also wrapped in cheesecloth).
I havent been able to find a 5 zoned latex core from a DIY company, would you happen to have any suggestions. Organic is not necessary, but we would like natural dunlop if at all possible. I know in an earlier conversation you mentioned that zoning might not make a difference so if we cant find one I just might go with a 6" core non zoned natural dunlop.
For the case, we really like the cotton canvas cover and I will try to see if some one on the list you gave me in another post would be able to custom make this, if you know of one that makes cotton canvas covers with a bit of wool my ears are open as well.

I don’t keep a record of the individual products or their specs that the retailers and manufacturers in the hundreds of forum lists throughout the forum carry on their floor or have available online (it would be a bigger job than anyone could keep up with in a constantly changing market) but I did a quick scan of the sources in the DIY reference post and the only 5 zone core I could see is here although it doesn’t look like the zoning is the same. Off the top of my head I don’t know of any of them that make or sell canvas covers.
