I am a 40 year old female, 120 pounds. About 18 months ago we bought a Tempurpedic from one of those big box hellholes. It was a ProAdapt Medium Hybrid. After about a year I was getting bad lower back pain, and traded mattresses with my mom, who had an Adapt Medium (it seemed more firm).
