I live in Canada and I am looking for a new mattress as my hip has started to bother me and the old one has indents.
We currently have a coil mattress with pillow top. My husband and I went to Sleep Country to try some out and our favourite was the Serta IComfort temp Activ mine was the 4 and his was the more firm 3.
I like my mattress to be soft/medium with a super soft pillow top like topper. My husband likes it to be a bit more firm. We are both mainly side and back sleepers.
Please help me!!! I would like to change over to a latex mattress (I think) but my sister had a tempurpedic mattress and I always thought it felt hard as a rock.
I would love some suggestions.

You mentioned that you would like to make the swap over to a latex bed but have hesitation based on your sister’s Tempur Pedic. I would try to locate a quality mattress outlet in your area that will allow you to test latex beds in plush, medium, and firm so you can get a better idea of how latex feels and which level most suits your needs.
You also mentioned that you and your husband had differing comfort preferences…f you pick a split configuration, you can get the support and comfort each of you prefers. A number of our Trusted Members offer split configurations. Also, they are extremely knowledgable and compete with the best in the industry. If you present them with your sleeping specs, comfort/support needs, etc. they will be able to help you choose the best fit both product and ILD wise…whether you choose. a split configuration or not.
