Hello my lovely Flexus mattress needs a new center piece but my receipt does not detail what’s on the inside. What do I have? How do I know ?
I cannot recall after 4 years. Any direction would be great. I know I have a too heavy latex top, a family member can remove and then what do I do?

Thank you for responding. Flexus is local to me but their phone
Is disconnected and they do not respond to emails.
I have a receipt that only says
Quadra-flex-12” pocket coil latex mattress, full, firm 9/2020
I also bought a 3" separate latex topper. ( that I have to have a helper
Remove it’s so heavy! But awesome.)
There is no code or model name beyond that .
As they are out of business / unresponsive , can I diy the now soft middle?
I don’t know how to learn about it or approach this.
I thought they said pieces could be replaced ? I have not attempted to look inside , I don’t have much hand strength / grip.
