I have a sams club memory foam mattress that was manufactured in 2008. All I have is the following:
Model ID: S FMS-1200Q
Prototype ID: FME-1400-PJCN
Any help to identify this mattress or direct me to something comparable would be much appreciated.

Welcome to our Mattress Forum. 
The mattress industry is famous for changing its product lines (and components) every year or so…and as such, the cost of raw materials goes up, so mattress prices follow suit or components change to maintain a price point. Any new “comparative” model will be more or less the same price as a mattress in a previous line, but will very, very likely have less and/or cheaper materials.
The mattress you like from 2008 will have been long discontinued, unfortunately.
In order to begin to find something comparable in feel, we’d need to know some basics about the mattress. Is is 100% memory foam? Soft/medium/firm?
You may be able to get specific information with the model ID from Sams Club directly. If so, I’d be interested to know what they say!
