Hey folks,
Im in the final stages of making a decision about a mattress. Im down to Tempurpedic ProAdapt Firm or Tempurpedic LuxeAdapt firm. I am 5ft 11in, 225 pounds, 55 years old. 90% back sleeper, 10% side sleeper. Having back pain from 2000 Tempurpedic Deluxe that is worn out.
Ive been trying to determine “posture” while back sleeping on worn out bed vs PAF vs LAF. I mentally measure (guestimate) how much my butt sinks down. Worn out? 4 inches, LAF? 3 inches, PAF? 2-2.5 inches.
What is the best way to detemine posture while back sleeping? Seems sort of hard! Would I just have wife take a picture of me lying in back? Have her take a yard stick to line up with spjne while on back? How do I objectively measure how far butt/hips sink down? How do I determine if my back in correct posture while on my back?
Im very sure that PAF would be great support for back, but comfort is ok. LAF is good support , but softer, but more comfortable. LAF will probably solve back pain. LAF comfort is to die for….but I dont want back pain!
I might take a chance and order Flobeds Vzone in Firm to try it out long term.
Thanks in advance!
John
