The only “minor” flaw I can see is that the bed support would need to swivel and the mattress would need to be two sided so that you can flip them if you sleep on your right side or for when you need to change positions.
Of course getting up to flip your mattress when you change positions would really only be a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits of sleeping on such a perfect mattress … and I hope they don’t run out with all the demand your post will likely create
