Incline sleep thread with updates

Last night was the 2nd night of incline sleeping. I’ve got the head of my bed raised 7". The first night, it felt weird for only about 30 minutes. I was only able to sleep for 4 hours but felt very well rested

2nd night, i slept a full 8 hours and when i woke up i did feel a little foggy headed but when i walked outside…wow. the difference was amazing! I have never felt that well rested until this and i will never go back to flat sleeping.

They fall over kind of easily but i am going to get a good frame that has adjustable screw in pieces for the legs so i can just screw in different length pieces

I’m so glad to hear that! Very cool. I’ve been incline sleeping for a couple weeks and I feel the same ~ I could never go back to sleeping flat. I didn’t do anything as creative as you ~ I just got the foam wedge from the site I found (Incline Sleep) but it’s great that you found a way to make this concept work for yourself!
