Is there a good local manufacturer in Fort Worth, TX. that is budget friendly?

Hi lostmomo1,

Just in case you haven’t read it yet … the first place I to start your research is the tutorial post here which has all the basic information, steps, and guidelines you will need to make the best possible and most suitable choice for your specific needs and preferences.

Latex is certainly a great quality and durable material and is a strong preference for many people but not everyone prefers it over other good quality materials and components that are also available so it would be important to do some local testing on different types of mattresses and different materials to make sure that it’s your personal preference before deciding that’s the “best” way to go for you.

There are too many unknowns, variables, or personal preferences involved to use specs (either yours or for a mattress) or “theory at a distance” to choose a mattress that is best for you out of all the thousands that are available in the market (see mattress firmness/comfort levels in post #2 here). For a local purchase, your own careful and objective testing (using the testing guidelines that are linked in the tutorial post) is the best way to choose which specific mattress is the best “match” for you in terms of PPP (Posture and alignment, Pressure relief, and Personal preferences) and the parts of your personal value equation that are most important to you.

The better options or possibilities I’m aware of in the Dallas area are listed in post #4 here.

I’m looking forward to finding out what you end up choosing and of course any comments, feedback, or questions you may have along the way
