I’m sorry you feel I’ve taken liberties with your comments. I wasn’t using your words to necessarily bolster my disagreement with SleepEZ. I used your comments to point up the disparate opinions in the latex mattress world, and the confusion that ensues when attempting to plunk down $2000+ on one of these rubber lovelies.
I wanted to illustrate how it is a befuddling mess at times when dealing with the conflicting advice given by people…people even within the same mattress company. Jeff, it’s my understanding from what you’ve got on your site under 'Products", that you sell all-latex mattresses and latex toppers as well as innersprings. If not you, who then would be qualified to assist a person in purchasing a latex mattress, whether in-person or via email?
Again, choosing a latex mattress online is a tricky proposition, and for the uninitiated it’s doubly so. My beef is with SleepEZ and why they impose the death-penalty on a customer for an honest return? It’s as “mrstevegold” said: Locking people out just leads to posts like this one. But I suppose I’m the only one to have had trouble when choosing a latex mattress in SleepEZ’s history.
