Hello, I bought a KLUFT mattress at discount store (King Size, Santa Cruz) and have loved it until all of sudden I have had horrible back pain. After dr and PT for a year, I realized it was my mattress even though it is not very old (6 or 7 years). It is the topping on the mattress. Money is not an problem, but I hate to throw out a good mattress due to topper being too think. Can I just cut it off with a knife and get a thinner topper? Or should I start over and buy new.

Hello Roxanne and thanks for the inquiry! I honestly have no idea how to cut the top of the mattress off, I just have no good advice in that regard. You might want to ask the question in the general forum or just search through the forums, I’m sure it’s been mentioned before. Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance, I would just hate to give you bad advice!
