For anyone in Toronto/GTA/Southwestern Ontario considering an organic latex mattress - I heartily recommend Dormio in Mississauga,
I have purchased high-end coil mattresses and TempurPedic in the past, but neither the product nor the customer experience come close to what Dormio delivered.
The product (Dolce Vita) is great - no off-gassing when new, great temperature regulation, customizable firmness per side (I’m 6 ft 4, 210 lbs, wife is 5 ft 4, 115 lbs), etc…
But it is the PEOPLE at Dormio (John and Steve) that stand out. I have never met people more committed to client satisfaction than these two.
After the initial sale, we realized the firmness wasn’t quite right on my wife’s side. Due to the modular nature of the product, it is possible to make ongoing adjustments, and Steve and John went to a lot of trouble, swapping out layers on a couple of occasions, until it was exactly what we needed.
Now my wife and I are enjoying the best sleep of our lives. And with better sleep comes better overall health, both mental and physical. This mattress has been a great investment in ourselves.
We can’t thank John and Steve and Dormio enough.
