Simalfa is only sold commercially as far as I know and needs spray equipment to use it as well so I don’t know how you could buy it for home use.
There are other similar alternatives though that come in a spray can, would work well, and be suitable for home use. I would probably suggest calling a local fabric store, mattress manufacturer, or foam shop.
