The better options I’m aware of in the NYC area are listed in post #2 here and there is a descriptive and "categorized description of most of them in post #4 here.
I would suggest paying Dixie foam a visit (I think highly of them and Mark the owner there) who is one of several on the list that would have a mattress similar to what you are looking for.
