Looking for a latex mattress with a similar feel to encased spring mattress

I am considering a Naturepedic mattress. They offer three layers of latex.

What would be a good combination of latex layers that might offer a similar feel to a mattress with encased springs? They offer latex with a medium, firm, and soft latex.

Pocket coils normally offer a firmer feel, so you would likely want to get two 3" layers of firm latex to replicate the firmness level of the coils. Your top layer should be chosen based on your height and weight and sleeping preferences (for example, if you weigh more than about 220 lbs I would recommend a medium top layer; if you weighed more than 220 lbs and bought a soft top layer, you would likely wouldn’t get the contour and pressure relief needed to avoid hip / shoulder pain). Talalay will give the mattress a springier and bouncier feel than Dunlop.
