Looking for a spring/latex hybrid mattress

Hi,
I have been perusing the site last few weeks trying to narrow down on a mattress. My husband, me, and baby are moving to the US and are furnishing from scratch. Looking for budget options - based on all the articles here, I have narrowed down to spring/latex hybrid. Since we cosleep sometimes, want to make sure this combination is ok. If yes, I am wondering which is a better option:

  • Buy a spring mattress and a latex topper separately so can change the topper if we don’t like the combination later? (which type of spring would you recommend in this case)
  • Buy a spring/latex hybrid mattress directly (any recommendations of online platforms from where I could order since we need to settle in very quickly once we reach Charlotte)

I would recommend purchasing a finished mattress versus a mattress and a topper, as purchasing the items separately tends to further complicate the situation (see my thoughts in post #2 here).

As for a spring/latex mattress (hybrid), while not a complete list, there are quite a few providers in post #2 here, and that should give you a good start on your search.
