I recently moved and am in the market to buy a new king size mattress and a full size mattress.
I am in Canada and in my town, I have the following mattress stores , the brick, sleep country canada and D&S mattress.
I was going through this website and I see that none of the the mainstream brands like casper, endy etc. which are heavily advertised here in Canada are in the ‘trusted members’ list.
So I just wanted to confirm, should I only buy a mattress from the companies listed here, correct?
If so, while that narrows down my search, however, my final choice would still be dependent on availability of these brands since I am in a small town in Canada. I will have to look them up.
Generally speaking, what material of mattress should I go for? what is better quality?
About me, not looking for anything specific, just a comfortable good night sleep. I am under 200 pounds. No chronic pain or anything. Trying to avoid sleeping on my stomach. So I want something that makes it comfortable to sleep on the back or on the side.
Without going into too much technical, what are some recommended brands of mattresses I can confidently go for? Since we are still in a pandemic, its harder to go in person and test the mattress first. The purchase will likely be online. Should I buy the mattress from the manufacturer directly or go in person to a mattress store and buy the mattress that I like from there?
Also did some google search about best mattresses in canada, Silk + Snow and Novosbed come up a lot but I do not see either of the two brands in the underground members list.
Any recommendation would be highly appreciated!
