Hi - we have a king sized 11 yo latex mattress - it’s held up well but the top layer now seems a little soggy.
It’s 3 layers total - one denser base, a perforated middle and a foam looking top layer.
I’ve done a ton of research and just can’t justify dropping $2k plus atm.
Has anyone had luck buying a replacement top layer? If so, from whom? Or would a mattress topper potentially work if I out it inside the cotton zippable cover.
Any advice appreciated.

If the cover is removable, you can replace the top layer. Measure the thickness of it, either 2 or 3" and you can buy a new layer of latex from sleeponlatex for a couple hundred. Its probably soft latex.
