Just in case you haven’t read it yet … the tutorial post here has all the basic information, steps, and guidelines you will need to make the best possible choices … and know how to avoid the worst ones.
The brand of a mattress is just a name on a label and outside of careful and objective testing for PPP (Posture and alignment, Pressure relief, and Personal preferences) … a mattress is only as good as its construction and the quality and durability of the materials inside it … regardless of the brand. It’s generally much more effective to focus on knowledgeable and experienced retailers and factory direct manufacturers that are completely transparent about the materials in their mattresses than to focus on brand comparisons. Once you know what is inside a mattress then you can identify any weak links and make meaningful comparisons with other mattresses regardless of the name of the manufacturer.
