Mattress Shopping in the UK

I found this site very useful in the purchase of my SleepEZ King bed. My daughter just moved from the US to the UK, Norwich. She is currently bootstrapping her life there and will soon be shopping for a new mattress. Since I plan on visiting, I clearly have a vested interest in what she buys.

Any knowledge on buying mattresses in the UK?

PS. I tried to get her to purchase a SleepEZ queen and have it as checked luggage, since she had a move budget, but she was not having any of it.
