How accurate do the tags on mattresses need to be?
I got a mattress that advertised “wool/bamboo mix” but the tag says the fabric is 100% polyester… so which is right?

The label is supposed to be accurate. The wool could be in the quilting or in the cover fabric itself (although this wouldn’t be as common) and bamboo would normally be some or all of the fiber used in the cover itself. there could also be polyester fibers in the quilting. If your tag isn’t the same as what you thought you were buying or what is advertised I would call the manufacturer or retailer to find out why there is a discrepancy.
