Hello, Because my wife is allergic to wool, I’m searching for a new mattress that does not contain any wool. Can anyone recommend products I should consider?

There are many options.

Are you looking for a more natural mattress. You may want to check with @TheCleanBedroom, @OrganicBedroom and @PlankAndCoil look at their Naturepedic EOS which is latex, springs and cotton. I am quite certain there are some synthetic mattresses that use no wool at all. Most natural mattress use wool as a fire barrier, so it is harder to find natural wool free mattresses, although there are situations where a manufacturer can make you a natural mattress without wool and even without a fire barrier, but that requires a Doctor’s Waiver.
I would start with these two for Natural Mattresses without wool and start there.

The Naturepedic EOS can be order with no wool. Naturepedic uses an additional layer of cotton which passes the Federal fire requirement. The no wool EOS is now a stock item without any additional charges or lead times.
