have anyone heard of miracoil spring mattress? I found out recently there is a mattress called Dreamland Mattress it said is a back support mattress, i have serious back pain when i sleep but im not sure if this trusted or not?

Miracoil springs are a form of continuous coil that are usually preferred in cheaper mattresses to reduce manufacturing costs.
Which mattress of theirs are you looking at in specific? Coils tend not to be the most problematic part of a bed - the foams and other components are going to play a bigger part in your pain and support needs.
Is your back pain a result of your current mattress, or is there an injury?
