A few months ago I bought the nectar premier mattress. From a feel standpoint, it was perfect for me. I’m a side sleeper and sleep very hot, and the nectar premier solved a lot of problems I had. It seemed to take a lot of pressure off my shoulders and hips, and slept very cool. It was easily the best sleep I’ve ever had.
Unfortunately, I had a fiberglass problem. The mattress was leaking fiberglass and it made my room unlivable. It affected me very badly and I was forced to return the mattress and begin searching again.
I tried the Amerisleep AS4 next since they recommend it for side sleepers and don’t use fiberglass. However it wasn’t a good fit for me. I was having shoulder and back pain problems with it and got way too hot at night.
So now I am searching again and looking for recommendations and advice on how to find the right fit. My dream mattress would basically be exactly the nectar premier without fiberglass. I’m not familiar enough with what goes into these mattresses to find a close match. I cannot go back to nectar after how miserable an experience I had with the fiberglass.
