I just got new mattress platform. Can I sleep on my mattress without box spring? Because my mattress platform is not that sturdy. My beautyrest mattress is 3 years old. Please see my link to see my pic

It’s difficult to tell from the photo how durable the frame is; the slats appear to be metal - or are they wood? The best course of action would be to contact Beautyrest to see what platforms they recommend; though you are likely out if any warranty period, they can tell you if your current frame is not strong enough, or if there are other factors which may possibly damage your mattress
using your current frame.
Innersprings provide a good strong support base for a mattress, as well as raising the overall mattress height for easier getting in and out of bed… but it’s up to your preference as well as sleep profile whether you like the feel or if you need the additional support.
