I have a 5 year old natural latex mattress. I bought it online/over phone and am trying to contact them. Paid $2000+.
The mattresss is sagging badly in middle. I slept on a $200 mattress in a travel trailer for 2 weeks and am now back on my latex one waking with sore back and headaches and uncomfortable.
I don’t have original purchase info but have the mattress tag stating it was from
the Natural Latex Company, 2568-b turquoise circle, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320. No phone number. And a google search brings this business up by phone number goes to a diff business. And website to a diff business.
They had great reviews at the time and that’s why I chose them.
Failing that, any tips on how to fix the sag? It’s in the middle where I sleep.
loel - Sorry to hear of the problem you’re having with your latex mattress. That company name sounded familiar to me and I was able to track down a current latex mattress listing on Amazon being sold by “The Natural Latex Company”. Their seller profile page (link below) gives their Customer Service Phone as 1-805-222-0839 and also has a button to submit a question. Hope this helps!

I’m sorry that you’re having some issues with your mattress. As an aside, what are you using for a foundation under the mattress, and does it have proper center support? That can sometimes be a contributing factor to center sagging in a mattress.
From import records, I’m guessing your mattress is using natural Dunlop latex from Arpico. More current records show a different address for The Natural Latex Company along with contact phone numbers, assuming this is still the same company. This is also the same address listed by the BBB for PlushBeds, so they may be worth contacting. Sweet Dreams also listed some contact information for you in that you may wish to try (thanks Sweet Dreams!).

I just found this mattress on a website called Latex for Less 1-888-339-1100. I also found it on Home Depot’s website.
