Because Naturally Nestled is a relatively new MU trusted member, I just wanted to share my experience with them!
We ordered a 3" medium Dunlop topper just before Labor Day weekend, and it arrived last Tuesday (so one business day). We unpacked it the same day. Unfortunately, after more than 5 days after unpacking it, a couple of areas of the topper failed to properly expand. We took some pictures and emailed Naturally Nestled this morning seeking advice on how to help the latex expand. They replied very quickly and acknowledged that there appeared to be some thin spots in the topper and provided a refund.
I was very pleased by how quickly they replied and how they addressed the situation. Defects are part of the manufacturing process for any item, and they handled that very well. I have no hesitation recommending them to others!
A quick comment about their latex: the medium topper was advertised as having an ILD of 26, but my guess (without actually measuring it with an instrument) is that it’s between about 26-32. Aside from the locations where there were defects, the quality was excellent, as would be expected from Latex Green (the manufacturer, according to the organic certification). The zippered cover was a nice bonus. Naturally Nestled is basically the same price, give or take a little bit, as the other places, but they include a cover whereas the others don’t. Too bad they don’t sell 1" toppers though – I’ll have to source that from SOL or foamorder.
