I am looking to buy a latex mattress and came across your site. I was going to purchase from Naturelle but am hesitant after reading some posts.
They source their latex from Latex Green and the company is GOLS certified. What exactly is misleading about them?
Also, I would like to know how a retailer becomes an “Expert Member” on this site. Is there a qualification process or is there a fee to become a member?

Yes, we have an in-depth qualification process that involves multiple interviews to make sure any Trusted Member on our site has a mission that aligns with our own. The short version - product quality, industry transparency, and consumer education must be as important to them as it is to us. There is a fee associated, but it varies depending on the type of retailer (online vs in person).
With regard to Latex Green, they are Oeko-Tex certified and they also make GOLS certified organic latex as well as 100% natural Dunlop. No fillers are used, only a gelling agent which is required to make any kind of latex. What has you hesitant about Naturelle?

I’m sure there are equally as many positive experiences out there that haven’t been reported! The best way to identify whether or not a retailer/manufacturer is someone you want to deal with can be found in this article.
