I am totally at a loss. I have spent days researching mattresses and finally decided to go with a Plush mattress as I was impressed with their organic standards, that they had no complaints about smells, and that their policy for helping if the mattress was too hard or too soft seem good. I couldn’t even get someone to talk with me about questions. Said they’d call back and never did. If this is their customer service before buying, if I have a problem after buying what will their customer service be? Anyway, now I’m at square one. All of the other more or less organic mattress makers seem to have issues with smells or their product has left me unsure of the quality for the high price I’ll be paying. I’d love to hear the experiences of satisfied customers (both those who have had to resolve problems with mattresses and those who have been happy purchases. I’m only interested in latex beds as I’ve had to return a memory foam due to smell. It’s just not for me. I’d REALLY appreciate anyone’s input. I want to spend this money with someone who doesn’t just want my money but who wants me to be happy with their product. Thanks ahead of time.
