You could reach out to Sealy to see what their approximation or most current version of this model is. Do you know how old the mattress is? If it’s not TOO old, you may be able to find it at larger mattress resellers.

Thank you for the quick response! I think they bought it in 2020. How do I know the model? Is it SMB Lavina Plush Tight Top? I will try to reach out Sealy’s directly in the meantime.
