We just found out that my father-in-law has terminal cancer with an estimated three months to live. When we asked him what we can do to make his life better, he said to find him the mattress from the beach house that we had rented a couple years ago. I found out the name And manufacture of the mattress. Can you help me find it’s equivalent? It’s my understanding they don’t make this particular mattress anymore. It’s a SPRING AIR GEMINI! Price Wesner was the mfg.

I am very sorry to hear about your father-in-law.
Regarding your mattress, Price Wesner is a wholesale manufacturer that sells to stores and is Spring Air licensee based in Atlanta, GA. They have been in business for many decades, but filed for bankruptcy in 2015. I’m not sure if they are still in business (but I think they are). They would be the first place I would contact, as they would have the exact specifications of that mattress when it was made and what might most closely approximate it in something they currently offer, and they could point you to a local retailer who might carry that item. While a manufacturer doesn’t normally share such information with the public, I would provide them your situation and see if they can help you out. Google earth still shows their factory active with Spring Air logos on the building, so that’s a good sign.
