Practically new, used 60-90 days. It is now comfortably resting in a spare bedroom, a huge monetary loss. Originally I purchased the “Prodigy” by Serta icomfort and it was much too soft. Now the Genius is much too firm for me. It is just like new, no odor, no wear and tear, no stains :woohoo: non-smoking home, no cats. Brand new waterproof mattress protector, and fancy matching memory foam pillows. I am in southwest Ohio. Will entertain reasonable offers. You can google what I paid. There will be a discount, probably much better than you can get in any mattress store for this model. :silly: I MUST recoup my losses and go back to the drawing board for a bed. I haven’t slept well in too long. awful, just awful.
