Can anyone tell me, for the Nest Alexander bed, the list of comfort layers in order from softest to hardest? We received a king with half medium and half firm. After a month both sides were too soft and sagging where we lay. So we asked for an exchange and they sent us a luxury firm and a latex luxury foam. When I asked which was which since they were not marked the person on Messenger said the latex was the harder done. I slept on the foam one (it was supposed to be the softer one) and it was hard as a rock! My husband slept on the latex that was to be the harder one, but it was much softer than what I was sleeping on! And the latex is much lower than the foam side. The bed looks crooked and has hollows where we sleep… Neither of us slept well at all. I will most likely be sleeping in the guest room for the next couple nights since I tried emailing and messaging this morning and received no replies at all. Their website says someone is available every day, not true. Ready to return the entire mattress right now.
