Does Arizona Premium Mattress use returned or otherwise pre-owned latex if a customer does an exchange under their 60 night comfort guarantee? If so, which online retailers do not?

I would assume not but you could certainly ask them this directly.
To my knowledge … none of the members here exchange used latex layers and have other means to dispose of them. In most cases though … I haven’t asked them this directly so I don’t know specifically what they do with them. There may be others who do of course and it would certainly be a good question to ask.
It would be surprising to most people how few of these there actually are and in the large majority of cases … their customers get their layering right on the first try and never do a layer exchange. On forums such as this though, the ones who don’t are a larger percentage of the total.
