Are the mattresses in the preferred list all ‘bed in a box’? Like Brooklyn Bedding. If I buy online it will be coming in a box? How could that possibly be quality?
It being in a box in no way indicates that it is automatically low quality. All it means is that they have the huge machine necessary to compress a mattress into a roll and put it into a box. I’m very happy with my Brooklyn bedding mattress. So yes most from the list come rolled up into a box but it’s just a benefit of modern technology rather than a mattress being overly light or low quality.

If I’m buying a mattress online it’s unlikely I’ll be able to try it before I order. If it’s horrible or just uncomfortable then what? Do the mattresses on the trusted member listings offer refunds?
