Has anyone ordered from Rest Mattress within the last few months? - Going on 5 months and still no Mattress?

I don’t have personal experience with ordering from Rest and know that some delays are to be expected with Covid and the Ukraine situation, etc. but 5 months seems excessive. Have you been able to contact a representative of theirs at all?

I have contacted them several times - I am being told supply chain issues. I will give it one more month

That is quite the supply chain issue. I’d recommend keeping on them so they know you’re still there. But, you’d be well within your rights to cancel at this point and demand a refund.

One more thing to consider is that the Rest mattress design uses some very specialized components so if something goes bad you may not be able to get replacement parts either. This isn’t a problem on a normal mattress but with an air mattress this can render it completely unusable. At least with something like a Sleep Number if they are out of parts there’s plenty of spares available if needed. Something to think about anyway.
