I looked through the links under ‘Our Membership’ but I don’t think I saw a place to order from Golden Mattress online. Do they have an online outlet or retailer? Do they sell direct to the customer at the Georgia location?

If you contact them they should be able to tell you whether they have any retail stores in your area or that sell online.
They aren’t one of the members of the site and membership is only open to manufacturers or retailers that sell to consumers (not to manufacturers that only sell to stores).
They are generally transparent about the materials they use in their mattresses and are typically better quality/value compared to most mainstream choices although of course it’s always important to know the specifics of all the components and materials inside any mattress you are considering (see this article) regardless of the name of the manufacturer so you can identify any weak links in the mattress and make more meaningful comparisons to other mattresses.
