I would like to test talalay and dunlop in a mattress store, but it does not seem that the mattress stores around Nashville have natural latex to show. Is there a place relatively nearby that I can go to? I will most probably buy a mattress online, but I want to test different materials and firmness in person first.

The better options and possibilities I’m aware of in and around the Nashville area are listed in post #7 here. You may need to make a few calls to find out what they carry on their showroom floor but there should be quite a number of them that carry latex mattresses.
